Executive Director

Elnaz Shadras (PHD)

Elnaz Shadras is the founder of the non-profit organisation Voices of the World, which supports and implements projects in various fields of educational and cultural development. With a PhD in the field of human and social sciences. After her international work experience in various fields immigration, integration, gender equality and foremost education. Her area of research is currently focused on the interaction of our societies with algorithms and artificial intelligence.

Project officer and Migration expert

Amjad Allabdullahifian 

Amjad is a humanitarian professional with over 10 years of experience in program management, protection, and partnership building, working with UN agencies, INGOs, and local partners in Syria and Brussels. He holds a Master of Specialization in International Humanitarian Action (fouvain), and a Master in Disaster Risk Management (Damascus University), and an Inter-University Certificate in Migration and Intercultural Relations (ULB). Expert in migrant and refugee support systems, He has worked within Belgian governmental organizations as well as with IOM. At VOW, he contributes to research and training with migrants. Multilingual in Arabic, English, and French, he brings strong expertise in the displacement issues, and sustainable development approaches.

Project Outreach

Lola Harding

Lola is in charge of project outreach at Voices of the World with an academic background in Economics and Business and in the process of pursuing a master's degree in Development Studies. She is passionate about development research and its real-world impact. At VOW, Lola handles communication, media, project tasks and project outreach.

Expert Trainer in Modern Finance

João Salgado Regra (PHD)

Experienced professional with more than 10 years of involvement in financial advisory services, including Corporate Finance/M&A, Structured & Acquisition Finance. Holds a Master's Degree in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics (Lisbon) and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Insper (São Paulo). Currently an invited professor for M&A and Finance at INDEG-ISCTE executive education. At Voices of The World he is the head trainer for modern finance.

Artificial Intelligence automation expert

Guillaume is a technology leader with 20 years of experience in software development, specializing in SaaS solutions and APIs. Over his career, he has served as a developer, analyst, consultant, product owner, and team manager, consistently aligning client needs with budgets, teams, and technical requirements. A strong advocate of open-source frameworks, he has practical expertise in machine learning and generative AI, having built solutions in transcription, chatbots, voice AI, and deepfake image generation. Passionate about innovation, he is dedicated to delivering technology that drives business value and improves user experience. At VOW he manages projects that include AI outcomes.

Scientific Expert

Marco Pezzutto (PhD)

Dr. Marco Pezzuto is an academic researcher in theoretical physicist , with a life-long passion and involvement in photography. His work in science is mainly devoted to quantum information and quantum computers, in particular to all that concerns their thermodynamics, energy consumption and energy efficiency, with the goal to make one day quantum computers a reality accessible to everybody, and possibly make them more eco friendly than our current computers. Currently Marco works at the National Institute of Optics within the Italian National Research Council. His activity in photography focuses mainly on landscape and nature, urban landscape and architecture. His journey in photography, supported by some background in astrophysics, evolved recently to encompass also astronomy and astro-photography, especially the Milky Way.

Tech and Finance for Women Trainer

Mina kazemi (PHD)

Mina Kazemi (PhD) with an academic background in economics and a M.S. in Monetary and Financial Economics, is currently a Data analyst/engineer working at BNP Paribas in creating and automating reporting solutions tailored for finance teams. At Voices of The World, she contributes to “ Women in Tech” and “Modern Finance for Women” education strategies.

Scientific Expert

Falah Jabar (PHD)

Dr. Falah Jabar is an AI/XR specialist, holds an M.S. in Electrical-Electronics and Telecommunications from the University Technology Malaysia, Malaysia, and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Lisbon, Portugal. Currently, he is a postdoctoral researcher at the Arctic University of Norway (UIT), focusing on developing AI models for digital pathology within the Translational Cancer Research Group in the Department of Medical Biology. Falah contributes to VOW with his expertise in technological research and education.
